Haiku
Kevin Langdon
Scornful mockery.
Tradition desecrated
By would-be comics.
The first day of Spring.
My cat, covered with pollen,
Springs into my lap.
Today Spring blossoms,
Tomorrow I'm in the grave.
But who gives a shit?
[Last line modified according to a suggestion by Virginia Langdon.]
Upset can shorten
Attention span drastically.
Just room for haiku.
It is, it isn't.
Quantum state does not collapse
When you clap your hands.
