Mini Regent's Report

May 1996

Kevin Langdon

I don't plan to bore members with reports when there is nothing to report on, so I'll make this brief.

A motion for the ExCom to assume as a body the duties of my vacated position as Member-at-Large has passed 5-0, with affirmative votes from Cooper, Jess, Kopp, Langdon, and White.

More signatures are needed on the petition for a vote on the Constitutional amendment proposals printed in Vidya #151/152. I had hoped to consolidate voting on the proposed amendments with the election of officers, but there isn't time to do that now.

Although candidates for Regent and Ombudsman are unopposed, there's a contested election for Member-at-Large, with six candidates vying for four seats. Please consider voting.
