  1. Explanation of test types:
Group: Tests administered to groups of testees under controlled conditions.
Individual: Tests administered individually by a psychologist.
Scholastic: Group or computer-adaptive tests used primarily for college admission purposes.
    Unsupervised: Self-administered tests.
Weird: Tests which are not measures of intelligence, as I understand it. I advise against joining high-IQ societies which accept weird tests for admission purposes (and also against joining societies which accept scores on tests subsequent to the tests' being compromised).
  2. Standard Deviation.
  3. See definitions of society codes, Table 2.
  4. Scoring temporarily suspended.
  5. Believed to be compromised. See the Prometheus Society 1998-99 Membership Committee Report <http://www.eskimo.com/~miyaguch/MCReport/mcreport.html> with regard to the Mega and Titan tests. The Mega27 was compromised subsequently to the MC Report.
  6. No longer scored, as of January 1, 1994.
  7. No longer scored, as of October 1, 1987.
  8. Old (non-"recentered") SAT (prior to April 1994).
  9. Possibly weird as well, as are a number of tests (but not all) from this author; I haven't seen the Giga and Grail tests.
  10. The ceiling of the GRE was formerly somewhat higher.
  11. Raw score.
